Pit Master Platter - $30 per person (minimum 2 people) - pork ribs, beef brisket, buttermilk fried chicken, dill pickles, fries & chipotle mayo - Ribs & Brisket are dry rubbed with sea salt & black pepper and enhanced by the smoke of white oak that smoulders in the pit. No sauce is applied during cooking as it is felt it's best that the flavour of the meats speak for themselves.
